The Jesus You Never Knew

Jesus In The Book Of Mark - A Deep Dive unlocks a side of Jesus you may not have seen before. For instance... did you know that the story where Jesus walked on water was written to reflect an ancient ghost story? Not only that, but the act of walking on water had a hidden meaning.

We had two major goals for this discussion series. Many of our peers are asking questions like "Did Jesus ever say he is God?"Many people struggle to see where Jesus claimed to be God Himself in the Bible. We recognized that these claims can be easily missed by modern readers. Maybe it's because Jesus never came right out and said "I am God" in those exact modern terms the way we might expect him to say it if he were here today. But he said it a hundred other ways, sometimes even without using words. We wanted to help people spot as many of these instances as possible.

Second, we wanted to uncover the deeper meaning of Jesus' teachings. We know religion is a confusing sphere to nagivate today. But taking a deeper look at Jesus through the eyes of an ancient person is the key to learning what his teachings mean and how to apply them to our own lives.

This discussion series will help people struggling to determine Jesus' identity learn to answer the question of who he is, uncovering robust evidence that will leave no doubt. Along the way, you'll also learn what his ultimate goal is, what he wants for us today, and what he has planned for our future. Through guided conversation, you'll learn to understand Jesus on a whole new level.
